Pricing: |
| As
you will notice in our pricing catalog that we have
random feet for pricing purposes only. Three, four,
six, eight, nine and twelve foot sections are a
standard length and priced accordingly. However, any
length being "non-standard" will be pried to the
next standard foot. Example: a 5' section will be
priced at a 6' length. We will be glad to cut a
shaft to any length you or your customer request in
feet or inches but it will be priced according to
standard length. The exclusion being lengths below
3' and these are looked at and quoted on an
individual basis taking into consideration the
quantity and lengths requested. So please feel free
to contact a salesperson for a quote. |

Shipping: |
| We
strive to ship UPS orders and small stock orders on
the same day they are received. However all UPS
orders cannot be guaranteed to ship the same day due
to the quantity of UPS orders to ship and the time
the order is placed. Currently UPS charges a
additional handling charge for all f our shipments
due to the steel banding we must put on the outside
container to keep the shafts from being dislodged
from the tube. The maximum lengths for UPS orders
are 8' in length. UPS also incurs a charge for any
length over 60". Again, these charges can be
reviewed and found in an UPS price book. We are
constantly tracking our truck shipments to find the
best carrier for your area. Currently our prepaid
shipments most of our trucking companies have 1-2
day delivery time. |

Special Shafts and Keyways: |
| Our
catalog lists the standard keyway that is considered
the industry standard. However, if you have a
special keyway that is needed in a shaft please
specify the size needed on your order. There is no
additional charge for special size keyways. Special
machined shafts are also available including keyways
only in certain locations. journals and drill and
tapping. Please call a salesperson for pricing on
any special shaft. |

Return Policy: |
| All
returns must have prior authorization before they
are accepted for credit. There is a 15% restocking
charge on all standard length shafts. |

Drop Shipments: |
| We
will be glad to ship any orders directly to your
customers upon request. This method can reduce
transit time and eliminates the distributors to have
to store the material. |
